The hotel itself is in the perfect location. We went for my son’s birthday and the view of the Tower from the room is amazing. The room was nice, everything we needed was there plus a small communal room along the corridor with a coffee machine and little outside seating area. However, unfortunately, we experienced a lot of noise throughout the night. Chanting, shouting etc by a large group of locals, clearly drunk. Glass bottles were being thrown. At 2.15am I tried to call reception but the phone in the room didn’t work. I walked down to reception but no one was there. I then rang the hotel telephone number as displayed on the website and again no answer. I then sent an email, knowing it was unlikely to be picked up but wanted them to be aware of the situation. The issue continued until 3am when police arrived and moved the crowd on. The market traders and deliveries start at around 6am so after a long day travelling it affected us a great deal the following day. I spoke with reception before we checked out and they had no empathy at all. Just laughed and said they had heard. Clearly other people had complained. I fully understand that this situation is out of the Hotel’s control but it would have been nice to receive an apology. I still haven’t received a response to my email despite following it up on 3 occasions. Maybe it was a one off but I wouldn’t want anyone else to have the same issues. Just wish the Hotel would respond to clarify. Maybe they will now.

Location is amazing with a view of Pisa tower from the window. Room was clean and well maintained with a good shower. Check in staff were helpful and let us leave luggage before check in and booked a taxi for us when asked. Even being so close to a busy area, you couldn’t hear any noise from outside with the window shut. The view from the window was just amazing.
Rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor of the corner building. If faces the square just in front of the Pisa tower. I’m standing by the tower taking this photo.

The hotel was perfect for us. We stayed only one night after landing in Italy from the US. The location was amazing and the room was great. We really enjoyed the view of the leaning tower from our room which you can see in the picture. There were many shops and restaurants around us making everything very convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff were respectful and friendly but, it was fake. There was an air conditioner in our room but it didn’t work. The fan in our bathroom didn’t work. We asked the front desk for a fan and they didn’t have one. There is no elevator or lift and the stairs are small and straight up. The area was nice. The bathrooms near Pisa cost €1.00 per visit and no toilet paper. Parking was 4 or 5 blocks away on a side street.

Amazing. Just amazing. It almost didn’t look real with the tower right outside your window. We kicked off a two week Italian vacation here and were not disappointed. We splurged on this room for our 13 year old son and we all loved it. We stayed in the “family room” which had a loft. It was great. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

We had the room that overlooked the leaning Tower of Pisa. Fall asleep and wake up look at it. 30 second walk to Tower of Pisa and Cathedral. Only negative I can say is the bed was not great. New mattresses and this place is a home run.

This property is right across the street from Cathedral Square.. with the Leaning tower, cathedral and baptistry. I’m not sure if all rooms have the same view, but we were on the second floor and our two windows looked right at the leaning tower. It was cool. Kids loved it. Ages 10 and 4. Staff was helpful with directions, transportation. We would stay here again, without a doubt. Super cool spot.
