We stayed in Pisa in October for 1 night and thought the accommodation was ok but unfortunately a floating side table fell off the wall in the middle of the night and landed on my hand bag and my phone was smashed beyond repair. After a discussion with the owner who said she’d pay for damages has ignored all emails etc for any form of reimbursement so I am Financially out of pocket and Even worse all my data and photos were lost with the phone. It was an unfortunate accident but the owner was full of promised and has never delivered she could at least of given us the room cost back. I’m furious!!!!

A beautiful B&B with paid parking just meters away. Very nice owner and start. Located a short walk to all the sights. Amazing breakfast buffet, staff cooked eggs to order.

Great correspondence, allowed us to leave baggage in the morning, got us in the room as soon as possible. Staff could not of done more to make our stay better. Extremely clean room, with an amazing bed and lovely breakfast. Residence was in a lovely location which was close to all attractions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic.

Perfect one night stay in a beautifully restored period building. The room was very clean and the host was very helpful. Stayed in touch with us throughout the whole booking process by phone calls and the young lady that serves breakfast was so polite and attentive. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful interiors, very luxurious. Owner is so friendly and helpful and obviously takes a lot of pride in the accommodation and service she offers. Location is great for reaching leaning tower and the river. Unassuming entrance which might be difficult to find at first. No 24 hour reception so watch out for wmails from the owner asking you to confirm arrival time so that she can ne there to meet you.

We arrived after a long trip from Australia. Our host was so lovely and welcoming and she makes the most beautiful breakfast. The residence is stunning, lovingly restored frescoes, high ceilings and big windows, very traditional and luxurious. Location is excellent with a couple of cafes near by and easy walk to the tower and other attractions

Wir haben erst beim Check-In erfahren, dass unser Zimmer schon belegt ist, obwohl das Hotel noch 2 Tage zuvor per Email unsere Ankunfszeit angefragt hat. Man hat uns ein anderes Hotel gebucht, was auch gut war aber letztendlich doch nicht das ausgesuchte. P.S.: Die Einträge von Expedia zu Parkmöglichkeiten sind leider nach Aussagen der Rezeption des Hotels falsch: Es gibt keine begrenzte Anzahl der Parkplätze vom Hotel, offensichtlich ist hier ein öffentlicher kleinen Parkplatz in der Nähe mit 2,50 Eur für die erste Std. und 3,50 Eur für jede weitere gemeint (8-20 Uhr). Mit Parkplätzen außerhalb des Hotelgeländes zu ermäßigten Preisen ist die Möglichkeit gemeint, außerhalb der Altstadt(-mauern) sich einen öffentlichen Parkplatz an der Straße zu suchen o.ä. hier bezahlt man nur von 8-14 Uhr und viel Weniger aber man muss dann mit Koffern auf den Teils sehr holprigen Altstadt-Gehwegen und je nach Entfernung/Koffergewicht/Rollendurchmesser durchkämpfen.
