Welcome to my beautifully renovated spacious two bedroom basement appartment; Comfortable and stylish! Bright and airy with large windows and plenty of light.

Both bedrooms are very generously sized with large closets and ample storage space including hangers. Each bedroom also has a luggage rack. New beds, new linen, new furniture, new mattresses. All linen will be washed and sanitized between guests always. Unit thoroughly cleaned.

A separate laundry with washer and dryer is also present for your convenience with a new iron and iron board located within.

The renovated full sized kitchen is bright and delightful. It has essential items along with some complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.
You will find a new toaster, kettle and microwave. You also have a stainless steel fridge and stove.
Modern and new quartz countertop.

A chic new round dining table with 4 chairs.

You will find near it a workspace with office chair and a study work lamp.

There is also an extra closet for coats or gloves and other items with hangers in the unit in the foyer.

Living room also has a comfortable new ottoman to put your feet up and relax along with 2 single seater sofas !

Dedicated Parking on the left most side of the driveway for one car. Street parking is free at anytime except 2-6am daily.

Our interaction can be as much/little as you like.
Available to meet & help guests as needed.

Garbage Pickup day is MON AM; Please place bags in marked bins outside.
