➜ Uber and Lyft are widely available in downtown Toronto, providing convenient and affordable transportation options for exploring the city.
➜ Dundas subway station is just 500m away. PRESTO tickets can be purchased at the station to access Toronto`s extensive streetcar, subway and bus network. The Dundas street car is also right outside our building.
➜ Biking: Toronto has a growing network of bike lanes and bike-sharing services. Dundas/Jarvis is accessible by bike, and you can use bike lanes on Jarvis Street and other nearby routes.
➜ Walking: Given its central location in downtown Toronto, Dundas/Jarvis is also easily accessible on foot. Many downtown attractions, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance.

There is both paid street parking and a paid parking lot right outside our building.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.
