Guests enter via shared locked lobby, followed by private entry with smart lock to unit.

Access to the suite requires walking up front porch via short flight of stairs. Not wheelchair accessible.
Radiators in unit can be used to heat unit. Central AC/heating is centrally controlled by upstairs unit but kept at comfortable levels.
Guests enjoy an entire unit with private entrance and amenities. On a shared property with 2 other units upstairs and downstairs, you will hear footsteps and murmurs.
The area is urban, so parking is available overnight on the street, we will help you obtain an overnight parking pass.
The walkway is well-lit and not steep. The neighborhood is flat.
Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM.
No guests allowed outside the reservation.
No parties, firearms, smoking (including marijuana or vaping), or illegal drugs.
Stays of more than 30 days will be provided an additional maintenance cleaning at a mandatory $100 fee. This helps us ensure that you have a comfortable stay and that the property is well maintained for all guests.
Guests can inquire to host about availability and fees for > 1 hour early check-ins and late check-outs.
