Overall, the stay was great. Location and access to what Toronto has to offer was terrific. Parking was not a problem. We had a good time and the use of the property was very good.

The condo is located in a fantastic location, but it was very dirty and desperately needs a renovation. The carpet and blinds look like someone vomitted on them a few months ago and they were stained. The bathroom was in terrible shape as there was hair in the shower and the toilet was broken. The doors and windows don't close properly, so it was very loud. I expected much more for the huge amount of money I spent.

The communication and ease of access was top notch. Entering and leaving the building was also convenient and safe. Two issues with the bathroom. When we arrived there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. We realized it was the sewer line and it seems like the base of the toilet is not sealed properly. I’m not a plumber but the noses found the source and that’s where the smell came from. It would come and go throughout our visit. We sprayed some febreze they had on hand and it helped. The second issue was the shower itself. The water would get super hot while showering for some reason. We turned the spout almost off to get it to cool off with barely enough water pressure to shower. That was also an intermittent issue throughout our stay. Luckily we didn’t get burned by the hot water. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible especially with the shower curtain closed. Add lighting!! All in all we would recommend this place for others because of the view, cleanliness, communication, ease of access and safety.

The unit was not comfortable to stay in. The AC was not working during my two night stay. It was quite humid in Toronto and the unit stated at 26 degrees. When escalating to the property manager, they said they would look into it but no follow through. The hallways in the building were cooler than the apartment. Though the apartment was clean, there were flies in the unit. The elevators in this building were always down (of the three avaliable for low-rise floors, only one was operational). Unfortunately, the property manager didn't do anything to make the stay better or make up for the inconvenience (even after escalating to Expedia's customer service). I would not recommend this unit - better off in a hotel.

It's dirty in the closet and floor. And I ordered and booked for "2 Queen beds and 1 Double bed", but there are no 1 Double bed. It's kind of a scam and I will never use it again.

Really nice place, spacious you were actually able to move around without being crammed. Everything was clean and looked great, my only feedback there wasn’t any cold water running, the TV wasn’t working right and in definite need or salt and pepper shakers. Will be staying again in the future bonus check-in very way no hassle.

The property has a beautiful view of the CN Tower. Besides that, the elevators are constantly crowded with lines of people waiting to get on, so be prepared to wait for extended periods during peak hours of the day. The room we rented was not clean, dirty mirrors, floors, bathtub-even the balcony just looked rough with dirt and grime.

The apartment was very clean, well appointed, quiet even whilst being in the heart of the city, and comfortable. Unfortunately, a number of issues prevented a perfect 5: 1. The wifi details were inaccurate (network did not show up on list of available networks), and I had to use my own cell phone hotspot. 2. The automatic dishwasher appeared to be incorrectly installed, leading to the entire unit lurching forward when the door was opened to load items to wash. 3. Not wanting to risk a flood in the apartment, I opted to handwash the soiled cutlery and crockery. No scrubbing pad available to do this either!

Nice apartment and great client service. Easy to text with questions and very quick responses. Clean apartment and very comfortable pull out couch bed. Perfect night stay coming in for a concert and less expensive than a hotel.
