The view from 12 York was fantastic, as we were looking out at the CN Tower, Rogers Centre and Billy Bishop Airport. The room was clean, but could use a little paint and the carpet in the bedroom could use a good cleaning. No cable tv, missed the Jays game.

Our room was missing a blind, also when we got in the toilet was clogged. Thankfully a few hours after letting management know, someone came to unclog the toilet. Also one elevator was out of service the whole time I stayed. Good otherwise.

This was the perfect location for us to stay after the Maple Leafs game. Easy walk to Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, CN Tower and the waterfront. Grocery store and mall with food court across the street. Condo was modern, clean and well equipped. We would stay here again!!

The place was awesome for visiting everything downtown .Couldnt ask for better.Defnitely needs some repairs and updating .lots of dishes but couldnt figure out the dushwasher and was worried it may leak cause the floor in front of dishwasher is in bad shape ,all uplifted and i didnt notice and it hurt like hell when i walked on it .THIS SHOULD BE FIXED BEFORE RENTING!!! All in All it served the purpose for our visir .Lighting was not very good.Nowhere to plug in the big floor lamp they had and when we moved it over to another plug it gave out hardly any light.Took forever to find the iron as it was buried under sheets etc!!!

Really enjoyed our stay here during a national convention. We had four different rentals and having our own spaces to cook was perfect for us. Property was secure, clean and location was fantastic! Definitely recommend!

Poor experience – heating issue unresolved and no

We had a terrible experience during our stay. The air conditioning in two rooms kept blowing cold air all night, even when the thermostat was turned off. It was a rainy, cold day, and our family of six ended up sleeping together in the kitchen because it was the only warm area. Although the staff responded quickly to my messages, they didn’t actually fix the problem or provide any alternative. We were checking out early the next morning, but they said someone would come to check the issue at 10 AM — which was completely useless for us. I requested a refund, but even after a day, there’s still no update. Very disappointing experience.

Overall, the stay was great. Location and access to what Toronto has to offer was terrific. Parking was not a problem. We had a good time and the use of the property was very good.
