You stay in Sheridan Residence rooms. They don't advertise that. Our first room had the sheets undone, garbage full, towels on the floor and crumbs/dust everywhere. We went downstairs to ask for a different room, then we got a clean one. Still, it's not a hotel. It's a dorm.

Coming back this weekend!

For the price, it can’t be beat. Excellent location and cozy set up. Just remember, it’s a college dorm, NOT a hotel so it’s best to set your expectations prior to your visit. No television in the room (they do have computer monitors) and it’s two rooms with a twin bed in each. Other than that, we had a blast!

I like this property as it is affordable, new, big and clean. As it is the student campus, so the surrounding environment is nice, big and quiet. The front desk lady is always very friendly. My purpose of my trip to Ontario is to see my child’s campus and residence in another university. This is a great opportunity for me to experience this campus housing. There are washers and dryers in this property as well. Super convenient. I like the little path/trail by the parking lot. I went jogging in the morning before heading out for my day. I also like the restaurant across the street, especially Shangyun Rice Nood restaurant. Price is very reasonable and food is so good.

Fantastic option if traveling during the summer. More spacious than a standard hotel room. Bedrooms are large and kitchenette is great, staff are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend especially if working out town.

This is a college dorm rather than an actual hotel. It's pretty nice for a dorm, certainly much nicer than my college dorm was, but it doesn't have the comfort or the amenities that an actual hotel would. I don't regret staying here, but I'm not in a hurry to go back and I'd caution anyone who can't deal with a very firm mattress to stay away.
