About this space
Welcome to our cozy basement apartment! This modern is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood 40 min drive from Toronto downtown and an hour from Niagara Falls. The well-lit space features a comfortable queen-sized bed, ample storage in the spacious closet, and a beautifully designed interior with natural light flooding through large windows.

Note: We have 2 single folding matresses available to place on the floor in the living room.
The space
The open-plan layout combines the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge, and cooking range.
Guest access
Please park on the right side parking spot on the interlock stones in front of the steps then you can access the entrance from the side of the house.
Other things to note
Please note I live upstairs with my wife and 1 year old son. We try to keep it as quiet as possible but sometimes you might hear us.

1 parking spot is available for the guests. Free parking is available on the street but you have to apply for overnight parking exemption with the city of Milton.
