Overall it was a good place to stay. Great location close to transportation pickups to take you anywhere you could want to go. Walking distance to Rogers Centre, CN Tower, and Ripley’s Aquarium.

It was very close to the venue we were going to. Clean. More appropriate for longer stay. Did not like check in process. Whenbooked address was different than were we stayed. Too late of check in 1600. Only 1 of 3 elevators working. Waited 15 min toget on. Would hav been nice if had coffee pods or tea bags as other hotels have.

THe appartment was clean and great communication but the bed is horrible and the worst was no elevators working. I had to take the stairs all the way on the 17th floor.

The property was nice and had everything you would need. It was close to the ballpark, which was the reason for our trip. Very walkable to all the sites. The only negative thing, they required a fairly large deposit for the stay, which was immediately charged to my credit card, and was not returned until i messaged them asking why i had not received it back, 2 weeks after our checkout. They did respond quickly and it was then returned with 5 days (about 3 weeks after our stay).

I love my stay with INFIVILLA Entertainment Suites. The location is very central, walking distance to all the attractions. I was here for a concert, definitely would come back for the next concert!

Pictures show various apartments, would be better if each were listed separately (as guessing a few are rented out). We were close but not at the address stated. Good comms prior to arrival, we were met at property to be given key and taken up to apartment. Clean and functional. Blinds did little to block light, were likely more for privacy from neighbours. Fully equipped with washer/dryer/cooker/dishwasher/hairdryer. A few extra touches like mirrors outside the bathroom would be handy, chairs/table on balcony would be great (and instructions for aircon needed, and a couple more towels). We needed to call the ‘key man’ a couple of times, great fast response from him. thanks

Location is really good and property was clean and nice but want it have more explanation about what I can use in this building! ( host don’t know what he have in the building, we found out by ourselves about terrace but didn’t find gym that he was talk about !

Although the apartment was clean and communication was except, the apartment looked nothing like the photo provided. It was extremely small. The bed was not a queen size and uncomfortable. Overall an average stay for the amount paid.

Room not as advertised. Two tiny coffee cups. Two towels for 5 days. No mattress only a piece of foam on a boxspring. Broken bed frame. AC set to 19 and No way to adjust. Parking wand NOT included had to pay extra daily for parking. Was supposed to be a king size fed but was only a queen. No sheets on the bed only a thin top blanket. 2 cheap ikea pillows.

We had a wonderful stay — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The only downside was the incredibly long wait for elevators at all hours, which was frustrating at times. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our time here and would return if that issue was improved.
