My worst experience of staying, two or three nights in a row, me and my family were unable to sleep due to the crazy loud noise from the next door, having party every night. On the first night I did not sleep at all as they had a party until 5am, and I talked to the property staff but they can’t solve the problem, even ask me to call 911by myself!

The check in/out processes were difficult, vague, and outright frustrating. Our buzzer code never worked (it was never answered for us or customer support), making check in and checkout difficult. Both processes were not explained well. It took 30 minutes to get into the building and the same amount to leave. At check in (at 12a), we had to call to even figure out how to get in, double park, get access, go upstairs to get the key, circle the block to get into parking, then finally get up to the room. All of this after attempting to contact the owner/service person via the buzzer code. Had to call support and security let us in the elevator. At checkout, we were told simply to leave the key on the table. But we learned once we were stuck in the elevator that we couldn’t get to the parking level without the fob nor could we go back up to the room. Again, no answer with the buzzer code. Customer service was told by security that they couldn’t help us and customer service needed to send someone. Security ultimately got us access to the parking garage so we could make our flight. I was NEVER contacted by customer support to see if we were ok, checked out, inform us that they were sending help, etc. For all they know, we are still sitting in the lobby waiting to get our car!!

Place was acceptable, being I was by myself and more tolerant. Small touch of a fresh bar of soap, a travel toothpaste in case I forgot or ran out.. which I did. The shower tiles are black so they show if they were thoroughly cleaned which they weren’t and the glass balcony was filthy dirty, which obstructed the beautiful view a little. Aside from that I guess good for $200 a nigh?!

Bad taste from management

The location was good for us. Close to downtown. Pictures were better than the actual suite. Overall I enjoyed the property. There was a couple things from management that were annoying during our stay. 1. Emailed us asking to show the place while we were staying there. 2. Charged us for the tv remote battery backing plate, which wasn’t our fault. It happened previously but they only noticed after our checkout.

Furniture wasn't very comfortable. They require you to take the trash out and the trash shute was out of order. It was exceptionally difficult to get our deposit back. They didn't offer clear directions on how to initially enter the property. The on off handle on the bathroom sing was broken. We could have spent the same amount and stayed at a traditional hotel which would have had a more comfortable bed and been closer to everything we wanted to do. Having a kitchen wasn't worth the trade for eas or comfort.

It was really nice to stay in a clean, well kept apartment for my trip. The beds were comfortable, check in and out was easy, parking was easy, apartment was clean and well stocked with towels, bedding and all the basics like Amazon fire stick and coffee. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, park, CN Tower, both arenas and downtown. I had a couple questions during my stay and the staff was very receptive and helpful through email and always replied promptly. I recommend Global Stay, and will absolutely stay here again in the future should I travel to Toronto.

The unique was described as 5 adults, we had 4 adults and it was very uncomfortable. The "double pull out bed" was not full size and two adults could not sleep on it. The futon was extremely uncomfortable. We left a day early and will not use Expedia in the future because of this. They were also disorganized with parking and had us hoping around to different spots after a long day of travel. In the end we had to move the car a third time after we had checked in. Not the greeting you want after a long day of travel (parking was complicated enough without this).

I would not recommend this hotel. We encountered multiple issues during our stay, and getting in touch with anyone for assistance was nearly impossible. When we arrived, no one responded to our calls or messages regarding check-in, and we still haven’t heard back from them. As a result, we weren’t able to check in until after 6 PM. To make matters worse, we had no idea what our room number was, as we were never provided that information. Security was kind and tried to assist us, but they had been instructed not to let guests in—even when we showed proof of our reservation. In the end, a random person let us into our apartment, which had been left unlocked—a serious security concern. The parking situation was also a complete disaster, adding to the overall frustration. Between the poor communication, lack of organization, and security issues, this was one of the most stressful hotel experiences we’ve had. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!

Getting into the apartment was confusing. Buzzed and it let me in but if you don’t actually talk to someone it won’t let you get to your floor. You need a fob for everything so you have to go up and get the fob to park then when you’re leaving you need the fob to get down to the parking then you have to go put it back . The security will not help you and it’s just a little inconvenient checking in and out . There was four other people there also confused. My parking spot was p3 but the fob wouldn’t work on the elevator so I had to go to p2 and walk to p3 it’s not that close . Apartment was good and clean and cute

Good location but needs repairs

Great location however the condo needs a lot of repairs and a good cleaning. The floors badly need to be redone. Could potentially really hurts someone’s foot if not careful. The dishwasher was full upon arrival and the washer was full of wet items. There are silverfish that come out from under the shower and in the main bedroom at times. The pull out couch in the living room is not on its track so doesn’t stay together and the bed in the main room is being held up by a piece of wood.

Bien situé et propre. L arrivée est un peu compliqué, ont laisse l auto devant l entré, on entre le code dans le vestibule en bas, ce qui ouvre la porte. Par la suite on entre et ont prend l ascenseur. La porte du logement n est pas verrouillée, ont récupère la clef et ont redescend en bas récupérer le véhicule pour le stationné. L ouverture de la porte du stationnement se fait avec la télécommande qui est avec la clef du logement. Pour le Check out, vu que l ont a besoin de la télécommande pour avoir accès au stationnement, ont doit sortir l auto dehors et ont retourne porter la clef dans le logement. Une fois que l ont comprend le fonctionnement du Check in et out, aucun problème. A noté qu il a seulement une clef et une télécommande.
