It was a good space to use for an overnight trip. The view is truly excellent and the space is adequate. There are peculiarities in this unit, however. For example, the second and third “bedrooms” have no privacy— one has sliding clear glass walls and another is a den with no door. There is only one real bedroom, and it’s good, with privacy and an en-suite and a great view. In the kitchen, there is no coffee actually available—there’s a pod coffee maker with no pods and giant tins of coffee grounds, but nothing in which to filter coffee. The check-in process involved WhatsApp requests to officially register and pay a deposit—this made me nervous, cause I booked through hotels.com and expected communication through that app only, but it all worked out fine. I got my deposit back reasonably quickly.

The property does not match the photos or description. It does not have separate eating or sitting area as per the description. There were 2 towels but they were tiny towels. Very basic and the lobby staff are not helpful at all.

Honestly, the apartment was in worse shape than we had thought based off the photos. There were stains on the couch, cabinetry peeling off, missing lightbulbs in lamps that were necessary due to lack of ceiling lights etc. Also, one of the reasons we booked this place was because it advertised it had a gym. I soon found out that this was not true for guests unless you were a long term stay. I felt like I was ripped off because that was one of the selling features for me, but yet I wasn’t able to access it. The other thing that annoyed me is that I had requested an early check-in as our flight landed at 10 AM and check-in was listed at 5 PM. They told me we could come around 4 but they would contact me as soon as the suite was ready. Well, they didn’t contact me, I had to call them again to see if the suite was ready, therefore communication could’ve been a little better.

No knowledge of key or codes or parking until day of. Left us wondering how checkin was going to go. Parking was an additional 36$ we weren't aware of. Or park free 15 minute walk away. Nothing mentioned in the advertisement. No remote for tv. Called manager 3 times. No answer. No return call. Meant no remote for tv. Entire system was unclear and not communicating proper.

Communication prior to check in was extremely poor. I never received the check in instruction email prior to check in time so we were delayed in accessing the room quite a bit. Because of this I also was not informed free parking was available and ended up paying $50 for parking somewhere else

The layout of the beds was ideal. Nice and clean. Bathroom ceiling clearly needed repairing as all the ceiling drywall removed and covered by a tarp. Cincerned about health and safety with exposure and with only tarp covering it. A traditional hotel would not rent out room if bathroom in that condition. Otherwise suite/building was suitable.

No parking in building. Owners of apartment contact you via whatup and ask you for hundreds of dollars of deposit. Toilet didn’t work, dirty dishes, holes on walls among other issues. Beds are hard as rock. Had to leave after 1 day stay and they don’t refund you until you give them a 5 start review. They have my deposit and 2 days stay refund . Lost all the money and had to pay for other hotel for my stay. DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE.

We did not have any information about how to get into the apartment we had rented for the night. We had to call 30 minutes before the check in time to ask how to get into the parking and how to get to the apartment. When we arrived and asked the concierge for help, they were very rude to us. We tried to show them the emails and instead were interrupting us, telling us we did things wrong. When we eventually got to the unit, the front door’s lock mechanism was not working. We were unable to lock the door from the inside or out. When we contacted the front desk, it took multiple attempts and at least an hour before we went to the front desk and asked for someone to come and look at the unit’s door. The front desk concierge, Rachel, came up to check the door (after an hour of calling, stating the door’s lock did not work) to “double check it did not lock”. We ended up booking a reservation at another hotel since no one came to assist us. When we went to the front desk to tell them they were leaving, they asked us why we did not call a locksmith. We definitely do NOT recommend this unit for spending the night and we think it should be removed from Expedia for booking. In addition to the front door not locking, the bathroom had a tarp as a roof and the furnace filter had not been changed in what seemed like months (the filter itself was black).

I stay in rentals and hotels all over the country and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The check in was unclear, the agent was incredibly rude, no parking available and hard to enter the building. They didn’t send us any instructions until after 5pm and then it took another 20 to get everything complete. The unit was really run down. Table was delaminated, chairs were bent and stained, towel bar was pulled from the wall and the carpet was stained. The check out wasn’t bad but they expected us to take a picture of the keys and send a what’s app pic on checkout which was weird.
