If I could give them zero stars I would. My partner and I travel 9 hrs by car from CT to Toronto. We arrived past 12 am & made the aware of it. When we went up to our assigned Apt. The door was locked and they told us the door would be unlocked. We called and called and texted and no answer. It resulted in us sleeping in OUR CAR after hours of driving. Turns out the staff send us the wrong check in instructions and the wrong apartment info.The next morning we didn’t check into the apt until 1pm. Imagine sleeping in a car very uncomfortable after hours of driving and no being able to check in until late morning bc of no answer. Not once after this mistake did they check up on us. The apartment looked like it wasn’t even cleaned, very dirty and dusty. Now all I’m requesting is a refund for the first night stay and parking that I paid for and no answer. They have not answered me or Expedia to resolve this issue.. I will definitely will NOT be booking with this company again. Please spend your hard earned money else where.
