🛏️ Sleeping & Guest Policy
The home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests overnight.
For daytime visits, the property allows up to 6 people total until 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, all additional daytime visitors must leave the property, and only the registered maximum of 6 guests may remain overnight.
This policy helps us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours while ensuring the home remains comfortable for everyone.
Please note: The property is not permitted for parties, events, or gatherings beyond the stated guest limit.

ZERO TOLERANCE for parties and loud music, this is respectable and connected community we ask you to be mindful of the neighbors.
Limited parking only 2 cars on driveway.
Please do not park your car on the neighbor's Driveway or on the street
Backyard access is up until 10:00pm
According to fire and safety regulations this house has a house can sleep 6 people and over all limit of 6 people after 10pm all visitors must vacate the premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke only outside, and must collect cigarette butts in the provided tray or dispose of them in the trash. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground, street, or neighbor’s property.
Quiet hours are from 10pm – 9am
Check out is 11am. Late check out can only be confirmed by 9pm on the night before departure.
Depending on the dates of your stay you may be required to put out or bring in garbage bins
Please do not move furniture to prevent property damage.
