Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice. Overall nice stay. It was nice to wake up and see the small lake in the back yard!

Room was not very clean. Found long hairs in bedspread and dusty in many reachable places. Staff was personable. Office and breakfast open at 7:15, but one day it wasn’t open until 7:50.

Old, just old.
Old and it shows. On a 91 degree day the A/C did not work. The staffs solution was to take the unit apart, look at it, and shrug shoulders. "Sorry its not working." My only recourse was to get a box fan from them and leave my front door open until 1am. Looking back as I approached the hotel I noticed a few doors on other rooms were open as well, should have given me a clue I guess. The management was useless. Wanted to talk to them about getting some money back the next morning but there was no one in the office, and just a sign saying to drop off keys on the counter. Useless.

I am absolutely sorry for your air conditioning issues. It was around 11 pm when you complained about the issue and asked for a fan. We had an understanding that if the fan was not comfortable you would let us know. At around 11.45 p.m I personally came to check on you and knocked your door several times since you were not answering the phone. I had a backup air conditioner in storage if the fan wasn't going to help.

Very friendly person working the counter. The outside badly needs work. Old gross carpet and could use paint on the exterior. The rooms were a little better. Wouldn't be tough to find a nicer place for the same price.

Older facility that is in excellent repair and maintenance. Our greeting on arrival was very welcoming and pleasant. Great view of a small lake. Not fancy but quite comfortable. Good economical way stop
