Welcome to our shared home!

You'll enjoy your own private and secure entrance to your master en-suite (king bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette), complete with direct access to your space and patio. To respect the unity, please note that guests are kindly asked to remain in their area - do not at any time go past the curtain in the mudroom. This ensures a comfortable and private experience for all.

This property is equipped with keyless entry. If you own a smartphone you may enter and exit the property via your device as the lock is accessible via Bluetooth and WiFi. Phone is dead upon arrival? No worries, upon booking you will be given a unique pin code to access the property during the dates you booked for.

Hard copy keys will be placed in the keyhole of your Master Bedroom where you can either use the key, the key fob placed over the card symbol, or by entering a four digit pin.

There was hair on the bed I was sleeping on, no bugs. The floors looked like they needed to be vacuumed. I had trouble getting into the room and it took multiple times of putting the numbers in and finally contacting the owner to let me in manually. The screen door was broke and bent like someone broke in at some point. Did not get ahold of the owner over the phone so I sent a message. I don't remember seeing a microwave and glad I didn't need to heat food up for that reason. Some light was blinking behind the tv that was bothering me. Loved the bathroom and everything. Seemed like a bit of cleaning needed to happen for the carpet and the shower faucet.

Perfect Work Stay

It had everything I needed for a strictly work trip. The desk was big enough, and the location was pretty easy access to just about anywhere in Toledo. All I needed was a bed, bathroom and desk which is what it was. It was clean and the keurig and refrigerator was nice to have.

We pulled in late after a long time on the road to a misrepresented and dirty property. It was advertised as “entire home” only to have to share the house with others and have it just be a private room in the home. Bad odor upon entering, but didnt feel safe leaving the sliding door open because the screen door was unable to lock. Looked like someone tried to break in and was bent away from frame. Cobwebs, thick dirt in sliding door grates, dirty keurig loaded with used pod, one towel for us to share to shower. Don’t expect to use the bathroom in privacy as the door does not remain shut or lock. Missing lightbulbs in the overhead lights, 1/2 lamps worked. Planks, debris, bikes, scooters, power tool and everything but the kitchen sink laid around house and yard. We were so disappointed but first time using VRBO so it’s on me for not just reporting it immediately and we didnt want to try and find new accommodations that late in a strange town. Positives about this stay were that the hosts were responsive and gave us additional towels the next day, and the bed was comfortable. We really would have appreciated more transparency in the condition of the place as it didn’t match the reviews at all :( unfortunately I only have photos of one example of the dirt i had sent to someone and the screen door so we wouldn't be blamed for the damage.

Just like coming home.

The room was fresh and clean. The attached bathroom made everything so convenient. The mini fridge has a freezer too! Kurig was stocked and appreciated. The bed comfy with a ceiling fan over it. My daughter stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed her stay very much. I stayed with her the first two nights and also enjoyed it.

No frills room, clean and safe

The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important!
