Perfect for a long stay.
Friendly staff, large room for Tokyo. The projector was perfect for those down times. Free pocket wifi. PlayStation 3 with plenty of games. A closet full of Manga. Free snacks. Washing/drying machine. This place is perfect for a long stay.

Great location and room!
Our family of four (children ages 7 and 9) had a great stay here. The location is great and a 5-7 minute walk to Kanda train station. The neighborhood isn't as crazy as other neighborhoods like Shinjuku but still has coffee shops, restaurants, etc all centered around Kanda station. Our room was more spacious than what you would get in a hotel room in Tokyo. There was a mac desktop, portable wifi device (so handy!), video gaming, and plenty of cords to charge our devices. We appreciated all of this. My kids loved the snacks provided in the room, the heated toilet seat, and the fact that we were the only room on the floor.

Location was good and within 7-8 min walk from Subway. Room slightly smaller than depicted in pictures but overall did fit a family of five when sofa beds were deployed. Good value for money.

Very large space, had additional bedding for two more in the built-in wall closets. (We were a party of 5 but it could have easily slept 2 or 3 more). The bathroom had an amazing dehumidifier. They were very responsive via messaging and I was able to send my group's suitcases over from another hotel. The only issue I had was checking out. Although there was no-one present for check-in, there were easy to understand instructions to call the front-desk through an over the phone interpreter service (via a phone left at the front desk). However, when we wanted to check out, there was noone at the front at 5am, and when I tried to call the reception, I was informed their license with the interpreter expired at midnight... Also, the place would benefit with more instructions on how to use the drying portion of the washer/dryer combo... (laundry pods were included! Very much appreciated!)
