Close to the city center, Clean, spacious, working heater, very quiet surroundings, very friendly staff, buffet breakfast was great, so may options, tea and coffee facilities in the lobby after a day of walking around was something to look forward too after a cold day

Room with a view

Nice room with beautiful view. Good breakfasts, and a great location for strolling to local bars & restaurants. Still don't get the 2 single duvets on double bed in Norwegian rooms.....but that's just me.

Excellent harbour side hotel

Ideally situated on the harbour front - very friendly & helpful greeting. Room very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast excellent. Parking is in underground parking garage, it's a bit tight but there is a large public car park 50 yds away with a similar cost.

The hotel is well located in the center of everything. The included breakfast was extensive and excellent. Check in was easy, and I was easily able to add a person to an existing reservation. Parking, while not included was easy with parking garage next door. Nice views from restaurant.

The hotel location is great. The day we were leaving on August 8th and I was checking out around 6:30 AM, the lady at the desk (don't know her name but mild darker skin) made some derogatory comment. She thought I was from India although I was from USA. This was uncalled for and was not needed. Otherwise the hotel was great with awesome breakfast and amenities.

Great hotel with lovely breakfast

Really enjoyed our stay here, the reception staff were friendly and the breakfast had lots of delicious options. The room was spacious and comfortable, even with 3 of us sharing. The location was ideal, not noisy and just on the edge of the main shopping and restaurants area and not far from the boat trips and kayaking.
