The rooms are modest, but the view from the balcony rooms are breathtaking and you can't beat the price. They have a long staircase to the beach and some rocks you need to navigate at the bottom, but its beautiful and private. They also have a couple of picnic tables and lounge chairs. Unfortunately, some non guests kept coming and played there music loudly and smoke smells went into our rooms. Netarts was super cool and we will come back.

DON’T stay here. Old and smelly

When entering it smelled so bad we had to go buy freshener. The front desk was closed. The coffee, sugar, and creamer was so old, the sugar and creamer was hard as a rock. There were two futons in the room and I was told one was broken, but wasn’t sure which one. When my family member went to make her bed and lie down, she fell to the floor… Obviously she got the broken one. There was also an outlet that was coming off the wall, a real fire hazard. The bars of soap in the bathroom was crumpled up into little chips you couldn’t even use it. After explaining all this, they did credit me 20% of my stay after paying $200. They refused to cover the cost of my out of pocket for the air freshener. I would NEVER refer this old and smelly place to anyone.

Did not even get to stay here. Person in the office was extremely rude, smelled horribly of cigarette smoke inside. Ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. 10-10 do NOT recommend.

Not what you see in the pictures. This is a run down motel. The bed was not only uncomfortable but it was loud and i thought it was going to fail the entire time. The room was in disrepair and just nasty as a whole. The only positive i had was the water pressure.

It was weird that there was a board in the window that was supposed to serve as a lock since there wasn’t a lock on the window. My husband showed how it didn’t work because it was too long and the window could have been opened while that long stick was in there. So they cut it to fit. Otherwise it was ok. The manager was very nice and was responsive to our concerns about that window.

Anniversary Weekend

For the price I expected a more. The good…view is great, the staff was helpful, parking is easy, there’s WiFi. The bad… There’s no ac and also no fans. The bed was uncomfortable and the room is outdated - it definitely needs some tlc especially in the bathroom. We didn’t have hot water the first night but they did get it going within an hour. The walls are very thin, could hear whole conversations next door and everything upstairs. The ice machine didn’t work.

Key Swapping No Security No Clue

Well if you are looking for your worst airbnb experience brought to you by a motel with false advertising look no further. The assistant Deborah and the manager Christina are confused by reservation management, privacy, and guest security. My family and I made reservations as part of a family trip and wedding trip. We had two rooms with lofts and a view. The morning of we received confirmation texts with room numbers and a reminder the office would open at 4 pm. Upon arrival at 7:40 pm the office was closed with a note to call the on duty manager (Deborah). She replied oh yeah keys under the mat have a good night. When I went to the room, I was met by another couple who also had the same message and same room number. A second call to the number resulted Deborah driving back to the motel to “fix” the issue. Upon arrival she “upgraded” our rooms to their original reservation and gave us new keys. Well these new keys resulted in walking into a couple in their room mid passions. At this point we returned the key and left. Only to be told that they couldn’t do refunds and it was our fault this happened because we had to be at the property at 4 pm which was mentioned no where. Then was told that Christina would fight any effort to refund the money because it’s against policy to do any refunds. So if you want to stay at a shady place not knowing who will walk in or visit, the place is amazing. If you aren’t unhinged… stay elsewhere.

This, by far, was the worst experience ever. I was given a key to an already occupied room and walked in on a couple who was not decent. Thankfully they were completely as in shock as I was and not armed. Rooms were horrible, management staff seemed to be on something and couldn’t stop grinding her teeth… tried to get a refund they said no… reached out to Hotels.com for help and they also declined refund. Sooooo I paid $150 bucks to drive to a location to where management was rude, gave me keys to an already occupied room and then when I walked in on a couple partaking in extra curricular activities, they tried to give me a room of lesser value. I hate that I had to rate this place with one star just to get to this spot to be able to write a review. Shame on you hotel.com for not making it right and I strongly encourage everyone to steer clear of Terimore!!!! No security, staff hands random keys at will and then when you try to get help.. nothing. ZERO STARS!
