Expedia said on the rates it was 8.2!!! To me it was a 1!!! Horrible enjoy what and on top of it they will not refund any money at all….whaooo!!! Expedia I don’t trust you anymore bye bye!!!!!!

The room was very dirty and the windows would not close. We requested a different room and we were denied very rudely from the staff. The room had a very bad smell to it and there were stains in the bed sheets, pillow cases, walls, carpet and furniture.

There is a little shopping center on the corner of the hotel it’s quite my kid’s loved the pool and the jacuzzi, even though the Jacuzzi wasn’t warm because possibly it wasn’t working to get the water warm. besides that everything was good.

The hotel wasn’t bad for the price I paid for the stay! I gave it the rating I did because the floor in my room was dirty. I had to wear sandals on the carpet because the one time I didn’t, my feet were dirty/dusty at the bottom :( the location is really great though! There’s a lot of things around within walking distance! :) the staff was nice to us there and very friendly! Ultimately, I would stay here again :)
