"We had a great stay at the Gettysburg. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the staff were always visible cleaning and everyone greeted us in passing. The location is in the center of everything which made it easy to walk to most of the sites. The restaurants nearby were all very good. The thing that stands out the most for us was the wonderful attentive staff. My boyfriend was out front late one night and found an older man who pulled up in front of the hotel the man was confused, and lost, he may have had Alzheimer’s. The overnight staff was wonderful and so caring. They all worked together and got him a room. My boyfriend, the staff and the police, helped to make sure this man was safe until his daughter could drive in to get him the following morning."
