Summary:
Welcome to my new house! My home was just completely renovated with new, modern finishes. It is a 15 min drive from Niagara falls and includes 4 beautiful, spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, with 1 half bath.
You'll enjoy open concept living, new appliances, high speed wifi and free coffee. My place also has free parking for 2 cars right on the driveway! There is 1 king bed and 3 queen beds and they're all very comfortable! There is also a new air hockey table for you to use in the basement!

Guests will have private access to the entire property
Other Things to Note:
Please note this is a new development and as such there is still some construction going on in the area. The driveway is not currently paved and the backyard is still waiting for sod

Nice House, I Would Rebook
The house is very beautiful and accommodates 6 easily. The house is nicely furnished and is fairly well stocked with basic needs (towels, dishes, etc.).
There were two issues we had:
•. The first was that although the place appeared clean but it really wasn’t. All of our feet were black from walking around the house barefoot and upon closer inspection the house seemed more tidy than clean.
•. The second was that the tv was in Spanish only. We tried everything to change it to English so we could watch the Olympics, but even after googling how it was still unable to be changed.
The unfinished one basement is definitely lacking with only a workout bench without weights, an unfinished wet bar and an air hockey table. A few more games would add to the lack of other amenities like a pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, backyard, fire pit, etc.
All in all it was a nice place to stay, and so I would consider staying there again if the opportunity arises.

Clean home in nice area. Easy to access the home through the keypad on the front door. Comfortable mattresses. Nice to have a washer and dryer. No window covering in bathroom off primary bedroom so we had to cover it with paper towels. Broker came in the home while we were away without us knowing that they were coming so we could secure personal belongings before they arrived. Difficulty receiving information through the website that was provided with check in and house details. Minimal cooking items available so we were not able to prepare some of the meals we had planned.
