"Rooms were tidy, staff were helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Pet friendly rooms. Air conditioning. Easy to get to Newcastle and close to shopping center. Spa bath was broken and staff moved us into another spa room. Renovations and construction at the premises while we were there, noise and sight did not affect our stay. Parking can be an issue."

"The hotel is comfortable, and is built around the swimming pool. It is connected to the League'ls club, which has various food outlets. The breakfasts were excellent, with a good choice of hot and cold dishes, including bircher muesli, pancakes, eggs, bacon, and so on."

The breakfast buffet was also great, especially the egg kitchen. No salad at the time I stayed but a good variety of fresh juices and fruits. Only my disappointment was that some tissues floated in the “adult only” pool, and it was not cleared on the next day also…"
