Gîte of 150m² on one level, with a fully equipped open plan kitchen area opening onto a large lounge/dining room. 4 bedrooms: the Violette bedroom (1 double bed in 160) with a shower room and a private WC, the Children's bedroom (2 single beds in 80, to be joined together to make a bed in 160), the Orange bedroom (2 single beds in 80, to be joined together to make a bed in 160) and the Beige bedroom (1 double bed in 160). A second shower room and an independent WC. Large basement with possibility to bring in cars, and to have fun with table tennis. Fuel heating, underfloor heating. Chair and cot on request.
