We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now while visiting Collingwood, and although the rooms are generally clean, very comfortable beds, great value for the money… However, you can tell certain areas of maintenance are in need of attention overall nothing stands out just areas need updating But overall good night stay for the value

The property is a bit dated and definitely in need of upkeep AND a deep clean. I got the impression they are under financial stress. I don't get Collingwood, besides its obvious proximity to Toronto I guess.

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary, the check in was smooth, the room was clean and beds extremely comfortable. The only thing I will say is that they are in the middle of construction and it can be noisy, and dusty throughout the premises. Have stayed at both living water resorts and would highly recommend them.
