We stayed outside an hour just to open the door because the door lock is wrecked. The electricity was off for couple of hours.The two fans were very old and rusted!!3 stars just for the view!!

Great ocean view location minutes from the beach.
For the time of year (school holidays) couldn’t fault the price, location and had almost everything we needed.
Only negative, no internet/wifi. Given we had kids in tow and would have liked to have family movie time (we have lots of streaming apps) this would have made the experience even better.

small but what a view!
We are two older people who had a great stay - it might be a bit small for any more people. A little on the warm side first thing in the morning but the location makes up for that. Lovely sea breeze!

Disappointing
Advertising photos very deceiving. Very outdated , cockroach bates everywhere, 6 under the bed alone. ?????? Water pressure for showers terrible, shower area exceptionally tiny. tv unit ,small coffee table , top of frig , screens in toilet and laundry/ shower room and sills dirty. Couldn’t open several windows.Wind whistled through toilet and laundry/shower room , when doors where shut they rattled constantly. Tv had very limited channels. One up note... the bed was comfortable and the view was amazing.
