Short walk to the village-Stunning upgraded Rivergrass condo w/ beautiful decor

This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath chalet is located in the Rivergrass community and is only a short walk to the village.
The chalet can accommodate 6 guests in total comfort, 8 upon approval.
It is our home away from home and we want to welcome your family to enjoy it as much as we do.

The entire chalet has been renovated with new flooring, quartz countertops, updated kitchen cabinets, fresh paint, and new furniture throughout.

Two bedrooms are located on the main floor – a queen size bedroom and two single beds in the other.
The 2nd floor master suite with king size bed, and spectacular views, includes an ensuite bath designed for complete relaxation.
My condo sleeps 6 people in beds but I cater to families and can sleep 8 if two or more guests are children. I have a Baby Bjorn sleep bed available for use or you can bring an air mattress/pad. Alternative kids sleep options can be set up in the Master Suite without feeling tight, their is ample space.

Our chalet offers all you need for a memorable getaway -

We are looking for mature, responsible renters who will enjoy our chalet to the fullest. (All guests must be 26 years of age or older. Mature families over this age are welcome)

The property was beautiful, clean, and very spacious with amazing views. Our host Mellisa was excellent. Only recommendation I have is to bring your own body washes, soaps, shampoo, spices, oil, sugar and salt,as there are none. But overall, great experience!

Family getaway

We absolutely loved the location of this rental. As was listed in the reviews we had plenty of space, very comfortable beds and could not hear any noise from attached rentals. We had the best seat in the house from our front stairs to watch the Canada Day fireworks on the mountain. Our only complaint was that it was not super clean lots of dust on dressers, bbq grill was dirty and lots of cobwebs in the unit. considering you pay a hefty cleaning fee when renting that definitely needs to be addressed. The only other thing is to be very clear that none of the basics are included (salt, pepper, coffee pods, bathroom toiletries) Melissa was great at getting back to us right away if needed:)

This spot is conveniently located near the village shopping and spa! Skiing is a must! We lived our stay in talking and watching tv on oversized couch and resting on the most comfortable beds ever! Highly recommended for this area.

The information given by Melissa helped make our stay stress free. It specified everything we needed to know from where items were located, how to use electronics, and the easy to follow rules of the rental and the complex. (Just a small note: it may be time to replenish the teaspoons.)

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The property was perfect for our girls’ weekend. The unit was clean, spacious and bright. The beds were very comfortable. Melissa is a very responsive host. She ensured a coffee maker was brought to the site before our stay and when we arrived a brand new coffee maker was waiting for us. The hot tub was spacious and easy to access from the unit. The one recommendation I could make for the property would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms. Thank you for a perfect weekend getaway!

Very much enjoyed my stay here. Large enough to comfortably accommodate my son, daughter-in-law and grandkids. Well appointed with a good sized living and dining area, really good sized bedrooms and a big master suite. Location just a couple of hundred yards from the village was perfect.
