Friendly staff, but a few things need attention

Staff, as always, was friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean, and breakfast was good. Ample parking, and good location. My only complaints were that the towels were so old and had lost so much thread that it felt like drying yourself with a scouring pad. And the bed frames were made out of metal springs. Every time anyone moved even the tiniest amount, it squeaked so loudly that it kept us awake most of the night.

The woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Wish I'd gotten her name, but she was easily your most wonderful employee, and i hope this review gets her a raise. She was so kind. We were given the wrong room, but she made it as right as she could, by delivering us an extra bed. We were some of the only guests at the hotel, so we had the entire pool to ourselves, which was SO NICE. Breakfast was wonderful. There were so many options. From coffee cakes, to a really cool pancake maker, to a create-your-own parfait. My kids were in heaven. The beds were a little hard and springy, but we all got a good night's sleep. They also didn't mind that the mechanic was fixing our alternator in the parking lot. Overall, this will be the hotel we stay at every time we visit Rexburg, from now on. I will for sure cry if it's all booked up for my next visit!

Enjoyed the stay. We were the only car in the lot so we weren’t sure if they were open. After we went to dinner we settled in. Noisy kids arrived in the hallway but the noise didn’t last long. Average breakfast. I would stay there again.
