I am not sure if the staff members name but she worked Friday night, 07/18, and was in a pickle with a room reservation that was not ours. She is a new employee and handled herself with such professionalism and grace while under stress of having a line in the lobby to tend to. Great hire!

The front desk young man, though helpful and pleasant, looked like he had not showered in a week. His name tag was so old his name had been rubbed off. There was no breafast. The few things in the lobby were all for sale. There were no cups in the room. We had to use our hands to drink water for our meds.

The bed sheet was stained and had dirt on it. The towels in the bathroom were damp feeling. The window was unlocked...the room was downstairs. The walls and ceiling were paper thin and sound of footsteps, conversations can be heard. The door to the room had a major gap that you can see the hallway. The TV would intermittently air messages that there's problem with connection.The front desk clerk tried to help and he was very kind. He gave us clean set of sheets.

The gentlemen manning the desk were very friendly and helpful. But, coffee & hot chocolate mentioned at check-in were not available in the morning; the maintenance crew need to learn how to keep the toilets clean using pumice stone on the hard water rings! Otherwise, the room was satisfactorily clean!
