Very convenient location also for reaching the sandy beach of Foxi Manna with very shallow waters.
Foxi Manna beach is about 400 meters away and can be reached on foot with a few minutes' walk.
The PAVONCELLA 1 villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean plants such as large olive trees, mastic trees, cistus... and vineyards.

Toller Blick auf das Meer! Super Strand in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Man kann toll auf der Terrasse verweilen oder essen, immer mit Blick auf das Meer.Sehr ruhige Lage, genau richtig um zu entspannen.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer tollen Unterkunft

Wir verbrachten hier 3 wunderschöne Wochen im Juli / August und haben uns bestens erholt. Die Unterkunft erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche. Vor allem die Aussendusche und den tollen Ausblick auf das Meer, haben wir sehr genossen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die große Gastfreundschaft unserer Gastgeberin Tina, die uns bei allen Fragen gerne half und uns mit frischen Köstlichkeiten aus ihrem Garten versorgte. Herzlichen Dank! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung abseits vom Trubel sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Familienferien am Meer wie im Bilderbuch

Die florateiche hügelige Gegend war auch in der Hochsaison vom Touristenstrom verschont. In Zinnibri selber findest Du ein paar Restaurants ( im nahgelegenen "Shardan" unbedingt vorreservieren) und 2 Supermärkte. In nur 10 Min. zu Fuss erreichst Du den feinsandigen flachabfallenden hellen Sandstrand. Dort gibt es 2 Strandbars, am Samstag ein kleiner Markt. Shoppen in Tortoli ( 3/4 Std. Autofahrt). Das idyllisch gelegene Strandhaus ( Doppelhaushälften) " pavonchella 1+2" liegt nur etwa 50m vom Steinstrand, wo man schnorcheln kann. Es liegt ruhig, eingebetet in Myrten- Macchia- und Olivenbäumen. Viel Privatsphäre geniesst Du auf der im meditarranen Stil gepflasterten und halb ummauerten Veranda. Du hast einen unvergleichlichen Blick über die Weinreben aufs glitzernde Meer. Man hört das Rauschen bis in die Stube. Es ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe von Tina im landestypischen Stil vollumfänglich eingerichtet. Wir Schweizer staunten über den enorm starken Wasserleitungsdruck, ungewöhlich im Süden. Die eher kleine aber gemüliche Wohnung kann prima mit der Klimaanlage heruntergekühlt werden. Ums Haus lebt sich klasse! Genug Schattenbereiche, herrlicher Ausblick, grosser Tisch, Liegestühle, Hängematte, Aussendusche. Wem sollte hier noch etwas fehlen. Feudal: grosser Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, alle nötigen Küchenutensilien um gut kochen zu können. Sogar Nähzeug, Bügeleisen und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Schönes Bad mit Dusche & Bidet. Geschlafen haben wir in den Betten auch gut.

Oase der Ruhe und Erholung

Wir hatten zwei sehr erholsame ruhige Wochen in einer Ferienhaushälfte mit eigener schattiger überdachter Terasse und Blick auf das Meer. Zum Schnorcheln sind es keine hundert Meter bis ins Meer. Zum Sandstrand fußläufig ca. 5 Minuten. Das Ferienhaus hatte eine Aussendusche, einen Grill, wir hatten einen Liegestuhl, eine Liege, eine Hängematte, Gartentisch mit Stühlen, einfach komplett ausgestattet. Auch im Haus gab es alles, ausreichend Geschirr, mehrere Töpfe und Pfannen in gutem Zustand, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, es war einfach alles da. Einkaufen kann man in ein paar Kilometern Entfernung, ein Auto ist aber erforderlich, so ruhig wie es ist, ist es eben etwas außerhalb. Unsere Vermieterin Tanja ist ein Schatz! Wir sind verwöhnt worden mit selbst gemachten Produkten wie Wein, Myrtho, Pesto, Basilikum, Honig, sardischer Pizza, Keksen und die sind super lecker, Kuchen... Beide Haushälften sind schön. Wir haben uns die zweite auch ansehen können. Die zweite Seite hat ein Schlafzimmer oben in der zweiten Etage. Wir kommen wieder, so gut erholt haben wir uns lange nicht. Am Strand lag alle 200 Meter mal jemand... Unsere Reisezeit war Ende September bis Anfang Oktober. Wir waren in einen Tag in Cagliari und einen in Tortoli, beides gut zu erreichen.

Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in diesem Paradies. Es fing schon mit der Begrüßung an: Wasser im Kühlschrank, Gebäck und Tomaten mit Basilikum aus dem eigenen Garten auf dem Tisch. Das haben wir noch nie erlebt und wir fühlten uns direkt sehr willkommen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung nahezu perfekt (Küchenutensilien etc.). Die Vermieterin hat sich die Zeit über sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Die Lage des Hauses war für uns nicht zu toppen. Totale Ruhe, Blick aufs Meer und wenige Gehminuten zum Felsstrand. Wer von seinem Urlaubsgebiet allerdings abendliche Unterhaltung oder kurze Wege zu Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. erwartet, der ist hier falsch. Wir kommen sehr gerne und auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ruhiges Paradies

Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Ein paar Tage vor Abreise hat sich eine Freundin von Maria Tina, die Deutsch spricht, bei uns gemeldet. Sie hat uns alle wissenswerte erklärt und ist uns während der Reise und bei der Ankunft zur Verfügung gestanden. Während des Aufenthaltes konnten wir uns jederzeit auch bei ihr melden und sie hat uns sehr hilfsbereit Auskünfte gegeben. Das Haus ist tiptop sauber und verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft, man hat einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Der wunderschöne Sandstrand ist gleich um die Ecke. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit mag, ist hier genau richtig. Zum Einkaufen/Shoppen muss man allerdings weiter weg fahren. Maria Tina hat uns frische Tomaten aus dem Garten zur Verfügung gestellt, Kuchen und Plätzchen gebracht. Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Un luogo incantevole ed una casetta da sogno

Un'accoglienza stupenda da parte della proprietaria ha dato il via ad una settimana da ripetere assolutamente al più presto, la sto già consigliando a parenti ed amici. La casetta è pulitissima, dotata di tutte le attrezzature necessarie ed immersa in un'oasi di macchia mediterranea di fronte al mare. Voglio ringraziare la proprietaria per la squisita accoglienza, per la disponibilità e la generosità non comuni. A presto!

Fantastisk plats nära havet

Vi fick ett fantastiskt mottagande av Tina när vi kom. Hon hade bakat kakor som var supergoda och speciellt uppskattade av barnen. Mataffären var dessvärre stängd då vi kom på en söndag, men Tina var så snäll och gav oss det vi behövde. Hon var alltid hjälpsam och tillgänglig och gjorde vår vistelse i Tertenia helt magisk. Vi återvänder gärna igen och kommer rekommendera hennes hus till våra vänner.
