There are no stairs for the 2nd floor rooms....not informed on their website. Had to move to 3 different rooms....1st room 2nd floor with special needs individual, 2nd room had no exhaust fan in bathroom....bathroom had black mold on ceiling and behind the toilet...jacuzzi is not accessible due to steep steps for special needs...they only heated the jacuzzi if I called ahead to have the heater turned on. Staff (Javon & Jackie) were exceptional! Never stay there again and definitely no recommendation.....

We arrived late due to a family emergency. Javon was sympathetic to our personal needs. He was professional and knowledgeable. Not a 4-star hotel, but good value for the price. The bed was very comfotable.

The staff was nice enough but the area felt sketchy. The motel felt dirty. It had a very bad smell. Nothing against crickets themselves, but I didn’t appreciate finding them constantly in our room worrying if I would step on one. (I asked the front desk about them and was told it’s just that time of year) We were there for several nights and I think they had the same food (bread, apples, tangerines) out all week. The only thing I would eat was yogurt and they were out of that after a couple days. Sadly, not impressed and I would not return.

The gentleman working the front desk (when we got there) was very polite and pleasant. Besides being needed to be updated, we were to have a suite on first floor but didn’t have one. Put us in a jacuzzi room that didn’t work and hummed all the time. Also be careful with the breakfast. I got a blueberry muffin and when I opened it, it was molded, nothing was put out for breakfast except make your own waffles. The yogurt was expired , whenever I brought it to the attention of the girl that was working she said “oh I guess I need to check it “ and continued doing whatever she was doing. We have stayed here many times in the past with no complaints but this time it was definitely a disappointment.
