Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki
"完美地點,就係火車站少於五分鐘路程,四圍極多商場同食嘢地方。洒店房夠大,可開三個大行李箱,好乾淨。有六部洗乾衣機。早餐主要西餐,如果可以加多一點日本食物就好。酒店職員夠專業,好有禮貌,做事很快。如果再到東京,一定會再入住"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Grand Yokohama. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the location was perfect—within easy walking distance of both Yokohama Chinatown and Motomachi. "Room was clean but small. The reason I booked it was because it looked like there was a fun terrace/lounge. The terrace was a small rooftop thing but no bar. The bar was on the first floor and both nights I was there it was reserved for a company event who had booked it so I couldn’t enjoy it. Also ..."

InterContinental Yokohama Grand by IHG
"We stayed at the Intercontinental Yokohama Grand for nine days to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary and could not have been happier. Ms. Mai Hirota started this outstanding experience by being extremely responsive to any pre-travel questions of issues we had. The anniversary evening and night that was put together for my wife and I was beyond what I expected. The dinner was extraordinary being orchestrated as a dish by dish presentation, and Ms. Yamamoto being an extremely gracious and personable representative of Nadaman restaurant. The hotel bakery created a deliciously light chocolate cake, personalized for my wife and I to eat every bit of. The eloquent floral arrangement put together by the hotel florist shows great pride, passion, and skill. Topping it off was the incredible view of the Cosmo World Ferris Wheel from our room that was the back drop to walking in and seeing the cake and floral arrangement set up while we were at dinner. Everything came together as perfectly orchestrated by an amazing team. From the staff that waits outside to greet the buses and guest, to the desk reception staff, and the house keeping staff, every single person was amazingly hospitable. The rest of the days spent were made simpler due to the hotel's proximity to the malls and the Minatomirai station and allowed for very fast and easy travel. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Yokohama. There is so much more to say, but this is limited to 1500 words."
