"In a word - Perfection. Everything about our stay was outstanding. Alessandro was there anytime we had a question, both before we arrived and during our stay. The views are more stunning than the photographs. The villa itself was everything that we needed and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was equipped and allowed us to make a wonderful dinner, using local ingredients from the Thursday market in addition to being able to prepare our breakfasts each morning. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. While we got into the pool only once due to some busy days and cool weather, it was absolutely lovely. If you are thinking about booking, don't delay. We will certainly return one day!"

"Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another night . We hope to come back again soon . Oh , her breakfast was wonderful. "

"This is my first time staying in Italy and San Gimignano. The listing of the property is accurate and everything was very clean and well maintained. The hosts Gabriel,, and rest of the team are exceptional with quick responses and clear communication. Our party had four adults and three children (ages 4-7)and this villa was perfect and safe to accommodate the young ones. We came in early August and it was hot, but the AC is great for American standards. The Villa is private but accessible to groceries, wineries, and shopping as we rented a car (highly recommended). The Villa owners are also able to coordinate private chefs which we partook in (also recommended) as we didn’t need to leave the area and no clean up necessary. The adults were able to go to a spa within 15 minutes to get massages. Within Villa Iris there was many amenities for the kids such as the large pool which we partook in basically everyday, table tennis, foose ball, and bocceball. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location and hosts. I would definitely recommend Villa Iris and come back in the future. "
