Dans l’ensemble, tout était parfait et nous avons passé un très bon séjour.Le seul point négatif concerne l’horaire d’arrivée, que nous avons trouvé vraiment trop tardif. Une remise des clés à 17h nous paraît exagérée,Avec une arrivée à 17h et un départ à 11.30 h, le temps réel pour profiter de la maison est finalement assez réduit. Cela donne un peu l’impression de payer surtout pour y passer la nuit.Nous remercions toutefois la propriétaire, qui a accepté de nous remettre les clés à 16h. De notre côté, nous avons fait le nécessaire pour libérer la maison rapidement le matin.Mis à part ce point, tout était parfait

Le propriétaire est très réactif et agréable .La maison est située dans un quartier calme et très proche d'un commerce. Elle dispose d'un portail électrique ,permettant de stationner 3 voitures en toute sécurité.En revanche ,le prix demandé est trop élevé au regard des prestations proposées.L'équipement est bas de gamme ,seulement 3 verres à pied en verre ,les autres étant en plastique ,peu de bols ou grandes tasses ,pas d'assiettes creuses....L’annonce mentionne 2 salles de bain,mais celle du rez de chaussée se trouve dans une lingerie ,sans chauffage avec seulement une douche ,sans lavabo ,ni miroir .A plusieurs reprises ,nous avons constaté une forte odeur de cigarette dans les chambres à l'étage.Une chambre dispose d'un velux sans store ,obligeant de mettre une serviette pour masquer la lumière du jour.Dommage ,avec des améliorations et un tarif plus adapté( le double du tarif indiqué en fin d'année !! ) ,le logement pourrait être satisfaisant .
