On arrival the check in was very quick and informative. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout, the room was spotless and had everything we needed. There was plenty of choice for the breakfast which was delivered in a lovely little hamper to the room. We will be back.

We had not been notified about cancellation and had actually been emailed by the property 2 days before to query if we were still coming (yes) and to complete an online check in form. Hotels.com had no knowledge of the cancellation either. Not impressed with behaviour of manager at the property."
