We loved the spaciousness of the house and backyard. We made breakfast and grilled for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and playing games at the big table. It was a great stay!

We had a lovely weekend getting the extended family together for our annual trip to the Paso/Templeton area. Sea Rock Ranch fit the nine of us and our dogs well and was a quiet, private space for us to connect and visit.

Great family get away

We had a great time at Sea Rock Ranch. The location was excellent for wine tasting. The property was very clean and the kitchen fully stock for preparing meals at "home". We really enjoyed the back yard.

Great place to stay in Wine Country

The house was very clean. Property was great. Didn't have time to take advantage of the hot tub, but it was awesome. Loved the reverse osmosis water filter. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible house!

We stayed in town for a wedding and really loved this home. It was spacious, had high ceilings, so much room and all the amenities. The hot tub was clean and heated and a wonderful way to relax. The backyard was huge and we were relieved to be able to bring our dog (a small pet fee is required). We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing about this stay! Scheduling was easy and quick. Cost was reasonable. The facilities were excellent and spotless. Grounds are beautiful! Spa was heated and ready when we arrived. Instructions re: coffeemaker, etc were easy to understand. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. Pool table was a hit! We would definitely recommend this for anyone traveling to the area.

Nicely set up

This was a central location for us though the close immediate area does not have much. The family had a lot of bonding time over pool that I’m sure has made some lasting memories for my kids. The house had almost everything we needed and was well supplied.

Sea Ranch House

Beautiful home in nice neighborhood, however house was in need of updating, worn dirty carpets, and older kitchen. It would be nice if garage parking was possible, especially the day we arrived, it was 108 hot! Nice walking streets in flat neighborhood, easy access to wineries, downtown, etc.

Spring break trip

Family trip for spring break with 2 college age kids. Fairly rainy early spring visit. House was clean, well stocked kitchen, toiletries. Pool table was fun. Hard floors throughout, very clean but a couple rugs would be nice touch for cold mornings. Coffee pot was broken and they delivered a new one promptly when we called (thanks!). Close to Trader Joe’s and farmers market for meal shopping!

Great Family Property

The house was perfect for our family. We even brought out 1.5 year old who loved running outside in the yard. House was cozy and well stocked with what we needed. Only thing to mention is the heat in the primary bedroom is very poor, so it did get chilly overnight. The house did have a space heater which fixed the concern. Overall a great find and highly recommend!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with our siblings and two small dogs while meeting with potential vendors for our upcoming wedding. We LOVED this house! It is very comfortable, well supplied, there were so many different hang out spots throughout the house, and it is very conveniently located near the 46 West wineries and the Trader Joe's shopping center in Templeton. We have already reserved this house again for our next trip in August! Highly recommend!

We used it as central space to travel to Paso and San Luis. The facility was perfect for 3 couples and really had everything we'd have in our own home. The backyard space was awesome to have meals. We used the hot tub but it was finicky and only worked last day we were there. Bring your own toiletries and bathroom soaps. The space was perfect for destination wedding weekend : ) Thank you.

I specifically selected this place because of the available EV charger. All the rooms were comfortable, and the home interior was spotless. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a nice stay at Sea Rock Ranch, the house is comfortable and well equipped. Spacious kitchen/living area. It has a large back yard with hot tub that we unfortunately did not get to enjoy as Paso Robles was hit with a big rain storm on our weekend there. Easy access to the house, the rental agency were great to deal with, dog friendly. Note that there is no network or cable TV, you can only watch streaming channels if you have your own accounts which is a bit of a hassle to set up and then disconnect after leaving.

We celebrated Christmas here!

This home was perfect for our family to celebrate Christmas. The kitchen was lovely to cook in and we had plenty of room at the big table. We were even able to bring our family dog! We enjoyed wine tasting during the day and spending time in front of the fireplace in the evening.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Sea Rock Ranch! It easily accommodated 6 adults, two toddlers, a baby, and a dog. We enjoyed the fire place on a cold rainy day, played a lot of pool, and had nightly game nights around the huge dining table with what was supplied. The fire pits in the backyard were perfect for cooler nights and making s'mores. Templeton is a great central location to many places in the central coast region. Our only concerns were that the tub in hall bath wouldn't plug enough to give the kids a bath and the large primary bedroom never warmed up quite as much as the rest of the house.
