After each rule, there is an associated fine listed after that will be charged if rule in question is violated. By booking our cabin, you are agreeing that you will follow our property rules to the fullest extent and will pay such fines if rules are violated.

*No smoking or vaping inside the premises.

*Any and all trash MUST be put inside of a trash bag. Any trash that is not within a trash bag and thrown into the garbage can results in a fine. FINE: $50.00.
*No house parties or extra unlisted guests - unless discussed with host. FINE: $100.00 PER person.
*No driving or operating any vehicle of any kind on the grass, lawn, or landscaping on the property. FINE: $150.00.
*No burning candles inside the unit. FINE: $50.00.

nice cozy studio
This was a truly cozy stay in a lovely cabin. It was very much like a studio apartment, very neat, with all the basics for a short stay. It was on a main road, but there wasn't traffic noise at night - it was very quiet. It's just a few minutes from Peterborough, which had all the amenities - restaurants, shops, etc. Could use a deep cleaning, but it wasn't anything that would prevent me from staying again.

Roomier than it looked
We stayed as a temp while we transitioned to a new home. Had room for stacks of plastic bins in the foyer. Bathroom was modern and excellent. Did not have a washer and dryer (and golf!) as advertised.
