Staff was friendly, helpful, property is very clean inside and out our room was spotless comfortable. Breakfast was very good and hot. Only caveat I observed were Supplies being stacked near the elevator at floor number one. That seemed out of place and felt it shouldn’t be there. You may want to rethink where your supplies are being stacked in a main area. Appreciated the added complementary value of being able to charge an EV at no extra charge. Overall, had a great experience, we would go back…Thank you!

staff has improved. Facility and maintenace still lacking. Hot tub didn't have water jets at first but was hot. 2 days later the jets are on all the time but the tub is cold... It will be my last time there. Sadly.

Hotel itself for price range….5 stars…. Room and property was clean, new and amazing…. I would absolutely stay here again. The girl that checked us in could use a little more customer service training. There is nothing that I could said that she blatantly said to offend, but her general annoyance to explaining things was felt…… she needs some work on her “game face”…

Property and staff were nice but not truthful about cleaning our room. We had to call down to the lobby and request our room be clean such as putting new linen on the bed and fresh towels. But other than that it was really nice

Every area of the hotel was clean and well kept from the front desk to the rooms. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Danny at the front desk was very helpful and willing to do whatever needed to be done. The ladies that ran the breakfast area were friendly and cat food, hot and replenished.
