Water was turned off at 3:00 am and still off when we checked out at 9:00. When we arrived we noticed the work being done. We know emergencies happen. But when there is an existing problem. We should have been told. Coffee maker had no coffee pot. No soap in the room. Chairs had large rips. Terrible stay. Manager not available.

Parking was very tight. Could not get quarters from the office to operate the coin washer and dryer. Could not reprogram TV with remote so did not use TV car got damaged in parking lot. Bed was comfortable had microwave fridge hair dryer and iron in room. Close to downtown so it's nice to leave the car and go to a pub!

It was at the end of Old Town. The room itself looked old, with some modern updates that don't quite fit in.

I like that it was located on the street on Old Town and you can walk to the bars a restaurants. I did not appreciate the cleanliness and condition of the room. The sheets were dirty with stains, the bathroom was old and there was writing on the lamp shade of an inappropriate picture.

The room smelled dirty and the air conditioner did not work. The price for the room is the same as at the Marriott even though this hotel is more like Motel 6. Very disappointed.

Room was dirty, we even found a pair of sandals in the trash can! Bathroom had water on the floor, looked no clean Room smell like old Air conditioner was a small device setup at “73” degrees, never felt that temperature, we couldn’t change it, remote control didn’t work! Mattress was super old,worn out and stiff ! Worse night ever! I don’t understand why they don’t update the rooms when they charge like a 4 stars hotel! Don’t even think about breakfast! I will Never go back to this hotel!
