The hotel doesn't clean rooms everyday. They have a sign out that says it's for guest convenience. I guess it's convenience to not have a clean room, lol. When my room was cleaned it was not done well. The bed was left unmade. When I made the bed myself after coming back in the evening I noticed there where stains on the comforter. The breakfast was very basic. For the price I would expect better.

The front desk was very friendly & welcoming. But somehow they did not give us sufficient info about our housekeeping service. We found out that in our 8 night stay we were on light service which meant every 2 days towel change & pick up garbage. And every 4 days the whole service with the sheet change. It was not followed that way. The breakfast was another story. Every morning the same food and not replenished in timely manner. But the refrigerator was nice. We will not be staying there any more…

The room is great! My kitties love it here almost as much as I do! Best entire staff of any place I’ve ever stayed all over the world! Truly the kindest staff & team that treats you like family but way better! If I could give them 10 gold stars I would absolutely!

rooms were awful condition. Smelled like a dead body, they blamed the air conditioned. The manager on duty also realized the smell. Terrible. TBH the hotel should reimburse me but they said Expedia was the third party and is responsible so you guys should reimburse me.
