The only complaint I have is that the coffee at breakfast was light roast, no other choice. I think in this world of coffee drinkers ( there is a coffee shop On every corner) you should at least have Med or light and dark. People love their coffee. I had to leave and go find something stronger.

Great room, one of the best suites they have. My complaint is with the inability to connect the tv to my mobile device for access to prime, netflix, etc. This is a big deal for me as I like to simply take staycations away from home and relax and watch my shows or movies. This was a big disappointment given the high end level of suite I stayed in. Awesome room but boring.

awlful hotel need NEW NIGHT STAFF we reported on friday about the room with a party next door at 122 am nothing done!!!!!!!! our door has a space around it a finger can fit bathroom looks like world war 3 THEN next night same room next door was a orgi room call girls!! for this I paid 40$ more than I do at Holiday Inn just down the road room 105 need a redo the 1 bed was a dip you roll to middle

Staff, only one person at front desk upon arriving, she had to go upstairs and take care of something before helping us, she left front desk by it’s self, hotels was fully booked, next day for breakfast only had one person keeping up with having trays filled up with food, waiting for food, coffee not available, had to wait 30 min for coffee. Then I asked for a late check out only 15 min. and she said no due to hotel being fully booked and not enough staff available, hotel should have considered all this before hand to ensure enough staff was available to accommodate a full hotel reservation. Also I’m sure I paid when I did reservation on the 4th, had to pay there as well because it said I hadn’t yet. I will be checking both my credit cards activity and will be in touch if I was charged double.
