Charming house, located near the ocean in the village of Telgruc sur Mer. Village located at the southern entrance to the Crozon peninsula, on the road to Douarnenez, Locronan or Quimper. The beach of Trez-Bellec, as well as the nautical club of Telgruc, are 800m below the house and the large beach of Pen-Trez a few kms away. Besides the coastal path, GR34, which is very easily borrowed from the beach. Many activities (catamaran, sand yachting ...) are available at the nautical club as well as in the various other activity centers such as those of Crozon, Morgat or Camaret, not far away.
The house is on the ground floor and located in a place called, very quiet (it is not uncommon in the morning to wake up with the little birds or the distant sound of the waves), with an area of 100m2 you can enjoy a large south / south-east facing terrace, offering a wide view of the Vallon and the garden as well as a small view of the ocean.
Inside you will find a large living room overlooking the terrace and a fully equipped open kitchen. For your nights, two bedrooms will welcome you, each with a double bed, (plus a sofa bed in the larger one). These are also equipped with a dressing room (and a desk for one of them). There is the possibility of having another bed for two people, with the convertible sofa in the living room.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a corner bathtub.
In the basement, you will have access to a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer or a drying rack.
