The property looks close to picture, but the cleaning and maintenance staff should be replaced certainly. A lot of dust on refrigerator, on chandelier, under beds. I have found empty plastic bottle under bed. There is no kitchen towel, kitchen utensils are very limited. The only small knife for meal preparation! No glasses for wine , just plastics ones. The one ceiling chandelier in main room is missing. Only wires grow from the ceiling. The communication is very limited. No communication through the Israeli holidays ( from Friday to Sunday) with owner. Instead, I had via WhatsApps the texting with person who ( as I believe) maintains the property, which was mostly useless. Even my last message about leaving the apartment remained unanswered. On the other hand the location is superb and apt is after renovation.
