The holiday home ‘Finca Bellavista’ is located in a quiet area in Teguise. The spacious house with a view of the valley consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 5 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Furthermore, Playa El Ancla beach in Costa Teguise is a 22-minute drive away (21 km) and in just 22 minutes (23.5 km) driving you will arrive at Lanzarote airport.

- They are Securitas Direct Alarm surveillance photodetectors.
- There is 1 in the parking lot, 2 in the main hall and 1 on the second floor.
- They are activated in case of intrusion, only when the alarm is activated and they visualize them from the alarm receiving center.
- They do not make recordings. They only take photos, so that they can check the reason for the alarm and send them to the police.
