The property was lovely! From the outside, i didn't know what to expect, but arriving to the entrance, i thought, wow, this is CUTE! The room was great, it was fresh, clean, and had such a quaint look to it. I didnt realize or didn't read this was a place you didnt have a receptionist so was confused at first and called the number. Found out it was contactless and you had a code to enter the room, this was interesting. First I've stayed at a place like this. I am a person who would rather have human contact but it was so easy and we just loved the room. My only issue....the sink had problems draining. The water would stay in the sink for a while and then you stil had to rinse it out from the film of it lingering. Besides that, i was impressed by this hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Customer service was beyond amazing. They responded immediately. We stayed the first night of the winter storm, January 2026. They were very accommodating with early check in/out due to weather. The room was clean, super cute and within 5 minutes of our event. We were traveling with our dog, and the room came with pet bowls. I wish we would have been able to enjoy the court yard. I would highly recommend this place and will stay again.

Very accommodating staff. Wonderful Hotel, we were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect spot to stay. Rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped. If we ever in the area again we would definitely stay again.

I loved how quiet it was and how easy the checking in and out process is. The room and the bathroom was nice and spacious definitely worth paying for. I love the sitting area outside as well makes it’s feel like it’s your own front yard. And the cafe was just a few feet away it was perfect!

Bed and pillows were plenty comfy. There's a dehumidifier in the room which helps keep the room temperature comfy in the summer. We'd get coffee in the mornings and sit on the 'front porch' and enjoy the peaceful courtyard. Super cute spot and felt right at home!
