Service at the receptionist was okay friendly staff, but room quality werent the greatest and cleaning service was poor.
Faults
●Air conditioning had foul smell when it was turned on.
●Latches on windowns were nearly broken, werent able to open windows to air rooms.
●Bathroom lights went off and was told we shouldnt have too many appliances going at once, but we didnt.
●Front door was unsafe and could feel cold air coming through the room.
● 4 nights stay and was told we cant get towel replacements.
●Our second room was riddle with bugs and spiders along the ceilings and around the single bed. We were told that there were no rooms available which is why we paid more for Saturday but later on found out that there were a few rooms available when we found bugs in our second room.
Staff are friendly but they need to learn to clean rooms properly. Nice location but need to focus more around maintenance and deep cleaning the rooms. This is the first time i have actually given a review like this. Hopefully the owners take this seriously. First and last time staying here.
