Summary:

This large well-appointed one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is ideally located for a true Mt Maunganui experience. Situated at the base of the iconic Mauao (mountain) close to the beach, cafes, shops and restaurants. Relax on the balcony with views of the main beach, swim in the onsite pool and spa, or just grab a towel and surf in the ocean, swim in the calm waters of Pilot Bay or the hot pools right across the road.



The Space:

Onsite you can enjoy the sauna and gym at your own leisure. Stroll around the corner and choose a table at any number of beachside cafes and restaurants or walk into town and browse through the many boutique shops. A well equipped kitchen which also has a washing machine & dryer flows into a huge combined dining room and living area. The master bedroom comprises of a super king bed and a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. There are two sofa beds in the lounge making this apartment a great option for a family of 4. Please be sure to add the correct number of guests when booking so that we can provide linen if required for the sofa beds. Luxury linen is provided for guests comfort. With 1 secure car space as well this apartment has everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay at Oceanside, the facilities are lovely, unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool due to construction at this time, will be lovely once completed.Lovely large rooms and kitchen.If booking for more than two adults there is only one bedroom then pull out couches in the lounge for others.Thank you so much.

The view is better than photos reveal. Bigger than we thought it would be. Great location. Lu is an excellent communicator. Cons: There were strong cooking odors from nearby apartment(s) that seeped in. Also people outside smoked and the smoke wafted up to the balcony. These are no fault of the property, just things to be aware of in an apartment setting with nearby guests who have different habits.
