Worst hotel in town it is so rude how check in is at 4:00 i dont appreciate the fact that they charge for early check in that is ridiculous maybe in the future you should stop price gouging your customers for everything including charging for juice at an all you can eat breakfast buffet also who ever heard of a hotel with a pool but no jaccuzzi? considering how overpriced everything is here there should be both also the fan in the bathroom was too loud and the tv wasnt working definitley would not reccommend wont be staying here again

Overall good for the price. However, the front desk did not know much about the town. We asked multiple times for the trash to be taken out of our room and for new trash bags, but no one ever showed up. I called the front desk multiple times from the room as well, and no one bothered to pick up. The price is convenient, privacy is great, and the pool is nice.

Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean and specious with nice wall painting and bathroom. Parking was extremely easy and convenient. Pool was wonderful and we had a great time playing and swimming. There was an awesome coffee shop just across the road with warm atmosphere and great coffee and pastries!

The best in Taos

Really amazing, the staff, the service, the rooms, the restaurant was really great. I was there celebrating my best friend birthday, he is handicap and the room we use was perfect for him, 100% wheelchair accessible. Thanks to the hotel designer to add that big bathroom for handicap people. All others hotels around don't have that.

I had an overnight stay at this property with my family. A few other friends had booking for their families. Hotel was accommodative to give us rooms in same building. In the morning, none of the rooms had hot water. Upon complaining to the front desk, a maintenance tech was sent who tried to fix the faucet settings. Most of the families had to take cold water showers, since the problem persisted, some were asked to shower in a different room. Front staff was insensitive to assign a single room to multiple families, and rudely argued asking families to take turns. Being a Hilton Diamond members for the years over the last few years, and a Silver member presently, I never had such a terrible experience staying at Hilton properties. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this property in Taos.

The room was large and the furnishings were very nice. Lobby and area had historical information and amazing wood work. The pool was very nice. It was large and well heated and the pool room was extremely warm. The restaurant had great food and the little bar was very friendly. All the staff was amazing. The bed was good but a little stiff for my arthritis. The bedding and pillows were very nice as well. The location was perfect and quiet in our room.
