Manager behavior was unacceptable ~ Brainstorming on customer service should be reviewed. Transition from Brandon center Hotel to • Spark by Hilton • ~ mislead customer while booking . Extra fees related to this issue. Room was sanitized 5 stars. Convivial breakfast (Basic) Staffing was polite and pleasant. Exterior dining walking distance Excellent. The manager/owner was rude, and we were charged a deposit fee and a daily pet fee, which none of those charges were mentioned beforehand or I would not have booked the rooms, and since we had to pay upfront with no reimbursement if cancelled, we had no choice but to stay. We had booked at a similar hotel in Tallahassee a few days ago and had a great experience, nothing like this place. But the person in charge in the other hotel was nice and there were no hidden fees. If I ever have to pass through this area, NO WAY will I ever stay here.
