Four queen bedrooms each enjoy their own full bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for families or groups. The queen‑size beds are comfortably dressed, ensuring a restful night after a day of adventure.
Living Space
The large living area comfortably accommodates the entire family, with ample seating for movie nights or relaxed conversation. A small patio off the living room offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink. A free washer and dryer are tucked nearby for easy laundry during longer stays.
Kitchen & Dining
A full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, from a stovetop to basic cookware. A breakfast nook within the kitchen and a separate dining area make it easy to share meals together, whether you’re enjoying a quick bite or a family dinner.
Community Amenities
You’ll have access to a range of shared facilities within the gated community, including a community pool, fitness center, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking/biking trail, and grill. A nearby gym provides additional options for staying active. Security guards at the entrance add an extra layer of peace of mind.

Conveniently located in Lutz, the unit is just a short drive from several popular spots: the University of South Florida (5 minutes, 2.2 mi), MOSI (8 minutes, 4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa (11 minutes, 4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park (10 minutes, 5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park (13 minutes, 5.9 mi). These easy distances make it simple to explore nature, entertainment, and local culture.
Parking & Access
Three visitor parking spots are available on a first‑come‑first‑serve basis, clearly labeled “Visitor.” The unit is on the second floor, and you’ll enjoy complete access to the entire home and all community amenities throughout your stay.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.
You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
