Hotel and room were ok, nothing bad, nothing special. It was handy being so close to the airport since the weather canceled hundreds of flights. The young lady behind we checked in was so friendly and helpful! The young guy the next morning not so much. I’m pretty sure I woke him up when several of us arrived to lobby for a shuttle to the airport. Also he had made coffee which disappointed several of us. W had all been told we could get coffee that early but breakfast didn’t start until 6am.

This hotel smells horrible. They allow pets and you can tell as soon as you get off the elevator. It's a budget hotel and a budget experience for sure. Id recommend staying elsewhere. There are other nicer hotels much closer to the airport around the same price

We had a few issues. 1. When we needed another night we were told to book online the same way we did our first night The second bught cost us double but we thought it was our o ly option, when we returned to the hotel the front desk said "Oh" I wpuld ja e price matched your first night but its too late since its already booked nonrefundable......but she was the one who told us to book online. After a day of sightseeing we went back to the room and when we turned on the light a huge cockroach ran iut of the bathroom. I stepped on it and went down to tell the front desk. Their response was "we did pest.control not long ago" she offered to switch our rooms but to be honest it wouldnt make a difference if they are in yhe hotel a room.change wouldnt help. they sent housekeeping up to clean it up and wash the floor where I killed it. I asked to speak to a manager and was nice about it, I was told she would be in at 9. At 9:30 I was told noon. We left for our flight at 1:15 with never speaking to anyone in charge. I didnt sleep all night and kept the light on. I would not have done a bad review if someone had addressed our concerns. Also didnt k ow u til we were in the shower there was no shower gel or conditioner in the dispensers

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Decent temperature. Only issue was the water in the tub did not drain quickly enough and you were standing in ankle high water by end of shower. Everything else was good.
